Who runs the texoryauto.com and texoryauto.it websites and the TEXORY AUTO service, who owns the content and who is responsible for the information published on the vehicle pages.
Owner of the website and the service
texoryauto.com is the TEXORY AUTO presentation website. The service, with the client area, the vehicle pages and the CARD TXA addresses, is run entirely within texoryauto.it, the proprietary web application and digital infrastructure of TEXORY SRLS.
Both websites and the TEXORY AUTO service are run by:

TEXORY AUTO and CARD TXA are service names of TEXORY SRLS. The company website is texory.it.
Website content and intellectual property
Texts, graphics, illustrations, logos, layout and software of the website and the service belong to TEXORY SRLS or are used under licence, and are protected by copyright law. They may not be copied, reproduced or used, in whole or in part, without written permission.
The pages, vehicles, prices and data shown in the presentation of the service are examples for illustration. The information on the website describes the service and does not constitute a contractual offer: terms, prices and timescales are set out in the proposal and the contract with each dealership.
Content of the vehicle pages
Photos, specifications, features, prices, descriptions and contact details on the vehicle pages are provided and published by the dealership selling the vehicle, which is responsible for them, including the accuracy of the information and the rights to the images. TEXORY SRLS provides the digital infrastructure and is not a party to the sale.
The same applies to content the dealership sends automatically from its own management software or multi-publisher, photos included, for the vehicle positions shown on the yard map and to the names, profile photos and contact details of its salespeople, which it publishes after informing the people concerned.
Prices and terms shown on the pages are those provided by the dealership: for confirmation, availability and terms of sale, what is agreed directly with the dealership applies.
If you notice content that is incorrect or that you believe infringes third-party rights, write to info@texory.it quoting the card code, for example TXA.001: we will check with the dealership and, if necessary, act on the page.
External links
Some buttons open third-party services, such as WhatsApp, the phone app, email or maps. From that point the terms and privacy notices of those services apply, for which TEXORY SRLS is not responsible.

Governing law
The website and the service are governed by Italian law. The Court of Pescara has jurisdiction over disputes, except where the law mandatorily provides for a different court, such as that of the consumer.
