Privacy and cookies
The texoryauto.com presentation website and the texoryauto.it service do not use profiling or advertising cookies, nor any external tracking services. We only collect the details you send us through the form and an anonymous count of visits. Here you will find, in plain terms, what we collect, why, and how long we keep it.

1Contact form
What data
- Full name or company name, phone and email: required, so that we can contact you.
- Message: optional, write only what you consider useful.
- Confirmation that you have read this notice, with the date and time of submission.
Why and on what legal basis
We use this data only to reply to your request, arrange the presentation and, if you wish, prepare an offer. The legal basis is your own request: these are pre-contractual steps taken at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, GDPR). Without the required data we cannot contact you.
We do not use your data for newsletters or advertising, we do not sell it and we do not pass it on to third parties.
Where it goes
The request reaches us by email at info@texory.it. The website does not store it: the server keeps only an anonymous count (“one more request today”), with none of your data. It can be read only by the TEXORY staff who handle sales contacts and, for technical purposes, by the email and hosting providers.
How long we keep it
- If no business relationship follows, we delete the request within 24 months of the last contact.
- If you become a client, the data is kept for the duration of the contract. Afterwards we keep only the documents the law requires us to retain, such as contracts and invoices, for 10 years.
- You can ask for earlier deletion at any time by writing to info@texory.it.
2Visit statistics
To understand whether the website works, we count visits with our own system, which runs entirely on our own server: it does not use cookies, stores nothing on your device and does not share data with Google, Meta or anyone else.
What we count
- How many visits and how many different visitors the site receives each day.
- Where they come from: only the name of the referring site, for example Google or Instagram, or “direct”.
- The type of device: smartphone, tablet or computer, based on screen width.
- How many requests arrive through the form and how many times the buttons to call, message on WhatsApp or send an email are tapped.
What we do not do
- We do not store your IP address.
- We do not build profiles or follow you on other websites.
- We do not know who you are: we only see total numbers.
How it works
To avoid counting the same person twice on the same day, the server turns the IP address and browser type into an irreversible encrypted code, using a key that changes every day. The code is used only to recognise a visit already counted. When the day changes, codes and key are deleted: it is not possible to work out who visited the site or to link visits on different days.
How long we keep it
Anonymous daily totals, such as “12 October: 41 visits, 3 from Instagram”, are kept for 24 months and then deleted automatically. The daily code is deleted when the day changes.
The legal basis is our legitimate interest in knowing, anonymously, how the website is used (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). If you have enabled “Do Not Track” or Global Privacy Control in your browser, your visit is not counted.
3Cookies
Cookies are small files that a website stores in the visitor's browser. During normal browsing, texoryauto.com and texoryauto.it do not store any, neither its own nor third-party ones, which is why you will not see a consent banner.
Fonts, images and graphics also come from our own server: the site does not load resources from external services such as Google Fonts, maps or embedded videos.
The only cookie concerns the client area, used only by authorised dealerships:
It is a technical cookie, necessary for the client area to work, and by law it does not require consent.
WhatsApp, phone and email buttons
When you tap one of these buttons, the corresponding app opens on your device. The website does not transmit any data: from then on the conversation follows the rules of the app you use, for example the WhatsApp privacy policy.
4Vehicle pages
The pages that open from TEXORY AUTO cards, by holding a smartphone close or scanning the QR code, do not use cookies, do not count visits and do not collect any data about the people viewing them. They are not indexed by search engines either.
The content of the pages, such as photos, vehicle details and contact information, is published by the dealership selling the vehicle. If you call or message the dealership from the page, you contact them directly. The names, profile photos and contact details of the salespeople are also published by the dealership, which is responsible for them.
Information requests to a salesperson. If you use the “Write to” form on the page, your name, email, phone (if you enter it) and message are sent by email to the salesperson you chose, together with the card code and the vehicle. The website does not store the request: the server keeps only an encrypted anti-abuse limit, for one hour. From then on your data are processed by the dealership, which is the data controller for your request and uses them to reply to you.
Legal basis: your request for information (Art. 6(1)(b) of EU Regulation 2016/679) and the consent you give by ticking the box, without which the request is not sent. TEXORY SRLS runs the texoryauto.it platform on behalf of the dealership, as data processor, and does not use these data for any other purpose. For access, correction, deletion or withdrawal of consent contact the dealership; for any question you can also write to info@texory.it.
5Client area
This concerns only client dealerships and the people they authorise.
- Account data: username, full name, password stored in encrypted form, interface language and date of last login. Kept for the duration of the contract and deleted when the account is closed.
- Activity log: for every change we record the username, date and time, the card concerned and what changed, for example the price from €34,900 to €32,500. It is used to establish who published what. It is kept for 12 months, then deleted automatically.
- Failed login attempts: to protect the area from unauthorised access, we record for 15 minutes the IP address from which several wrong passwords are entered. It is then deleted.
- Link to management software or multi-publisher (PRO plan): data feed address, dealer code and, if the feed is protected, username and password. They are used only to read the vehicle stock, are stored in an area not accessible from the web, and the password is never shown. The feed must contain vehicle data only, with no customer data. They are kept until the dealership removes them or until the account is closed. If the dealership turns it on, a private address with a key makes the list of its cards available to its management software, with vehicle data only.
- Plan change requests: who made them, when, the optional note and the outcome. They are used to manage the contract and are kept for its duration.
6Server and technical data
The website is hosted by OVHcloud in the European Union. Like every server, it records in its technical logs the IP address, date, time and page requested, to ensure security and operation. We do not use these logs for statistics or combine them with other data. They are managed by the hosting provider for the period set by its service.
7Your rights
At any time you can ask us to access the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict its use, object to its processing or receive it in a readable format. Write to info@texory.it: we reply within 30 days.
If you believe your data is not being processed correctly, you can lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.
If in future we use different tools, for example to measure advertising campaigns, we will update this page and ask for your consent before activating them.
